The US Department of States Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) is pleased to announce the winners of its 2011 ExchangesConnect Photo Contest, "Dance With Us: Motion Across Cultures." Two grand prize winners from the Malaysia and the US will receive an iPad 2 tablet computer and display of their photographs at the Department of State in Washington, DC Eighteen runners-up from around the world will receive T-shirts and postcards featuring the top 20 submissions.
